Big announcement here at Greta’s Rewrite, I’m launching a series on the 7 Deadly Sins.
The Hebrew word that is translated as “sin” in the Bible comes from an archer’s term meaning “to miss the mark.”
All of us on occasion have bitten the proverbial apple rather than shot it through the center. This series will aim to improve our sights, sate curiosity’s appetite, offer practical solutions, and entertain.
I will target one sin and it’s angelic counterpart for 7 weeks before moving on to the next.
The first series is Love and Lust.
It’s launch date, most appropriately, is Valentine’s Day. Click here for a delicious, nutritious and aphrodisiac laden Valentine’s Dinner Menu plan.
What is the difference between love and lust anyway? How do each impact our brains, our lives, our relationships?
I don’t know about you, but I’m curious why a book series like 50 Shades of Gray took off and sold more copies that the incredibly popular Harry Potter books. Erotica has obviously gone mainstream. Why? And, what effect is it having on on our culture, particularly on marriages?
Wouldn’t you like to know what happens to those who’ve strayed too far down Lust’s persuasive path in the dark, depths of Dante’s Inferno?
Fiction can be stranger than truth no matter what they say.
I’m planning to post some practical pointers to boost the romance factor of your marriage in the form of herbs, nutrition, and healthy habits.
Maybe there will even be an inspiring love story or two, sigh.
If any of you are experts on either topic, love or lust, and would like to write a post, please contact me. I’ll consider all PG offerings.
Stay tuned for 7 weeks of Love and Lust. To see all the posts in this series click here.
